Christina Lorenzen spent more than twenty years as a freelance writer, writing for newspapers, magazines and a number of online sites. In 2006, her article in Long Island Woman magazine took first place in the category of Specialized Press from the Society of Professional Journalists (spj.org). After seeing more than two hundred of her articles in print, the itch to get back to writing fiction, something she had pursued as a teenager, started once again.
Christina recently completed her first novel, a women’s fiction story, that she is currently editing for submission. Her second novel, Garden Variety, is in progress and should be completed by the end of the year. A third novel is still in the ‘spinning in my head’ stages.
In addition to women’s fiction, Christina writes inspirational romance under her pen name of Addie Frank and hopes to submit her first inspirational romance to Harlequin’s Love Inspired line in the summer of 2012.
Christina is a member of the RWA and several of their chapters including LIRW, Faith, Hope & Love and RWA-WF, of which she is VP-Programs. She is also a member of the American Christian Fiction Writers (ACFW).
